Chapter 8: “Civil War”

As the flames of war consumed the Nation of 793, DocB continued to bolster the defenses of his C38 city. A city which now became the heartbeat of KNG’s resistance against the a4O alliance.
The civil war had escalated, turning once peaceful territories into battlegrounds. Sangjun and Mrode, wielding power like tyrants of old, launched relentless assaults. KNG cities burned, farms laid in ruins, and the air was thick with the smoke of scorched flags.
Yet, amidst this chaos, noble farmers, armed with newfound valor, stepped forward. Previously relegated to only low level T4 troops, they now stood as warriors, their spirits unyielded, transforming their farms into fighting cities with T5 and beyond. And as DocB watched MMD and affiliate farmers attack fearlessly a sense of gratitude and pride overwhelmed his emotions. And these assaults orchestrated by farmers opened critical opportunities for KNG fighters to unleash their lethal attacks on enemy territories.
But as the war continued the toll was immense—not just in lost troops but in lost comrades. The shadow of war stretched long and dark, and many warriors, unable to bear its weight, left the fields for good. With each departure, DocB felt a stab of loss sharper than any sword. But with each loss, he invested more, pushing toward achieving the elusive strength of C39, a hallmark of hope in the engulfing darkness.

KNG, battered but unbroken, began to regain its footing. A legend from the past, Falco, the founder of the original GIG alliance, emerged from the shadows of retirement. His strategic genius breathed new life into the KNG ranks. Under his guidance, fighters mastered the art of war. With no formal training KNG soldiers learned and executed operations such as: bus SOS, bunker scouting, bunker traps, and many more.

Moving like shadows, striking like lightning. And as soldiers adapted, the enemy faltered, their ranks thinning, their spirits waning. The leaderboard, once dominated by a4O, now heralded a new leader: KNG. But with every victory, the specter of Sangjun loomed large. His presence on the battlefield was a dark cloud over any hard-won sunshine. When he marched, one could only shield in his overwhelming shadow, while his weaker commanders pillaged under his protection.

As days turned into weeks, the spirit of KNG remained undimmed. The ranks of commanders were bolstered by names that would be etched in the annals of 793’s history—BigDaddy, Bbundles, Bloodrunk, Jayoo, Melkor, Khaled, LtdXxX, Ivvannoff, Hulkamania, and Christian. Each victory they carved into the landscape was a testament to KNG’s resilience and honor.
Then suddenly it happened…
A merger was announced. News of a forthcoming merge with Nation 830 struck like a bolt. Panic gripped KNG; the shadows of Sangjun paled in comparison to the looming threat of Jason and Antokim of Nation 830—warlords whose brutal reputations were known far and wide. In fact in previous cross nation battles they attacked and defeated Sangjun almost effortlessly.
The revelation of Sangjun’s collusion with Jason to orchestrate this merger sent shockwaves through KNG ranks. The prospect of facing this new, formidable alliance was daunting, a dark cloud threatening to eclipse all hard-fought gains. If KNG sacrificed so much to fight Sangjun, what would the cost be to face him in addition to Jason and company? To most this task seemed impossible.
Yet, in this hour of uncertainty, DocB remained the eye of the storm—calm, collected, his gaze fixed on the horizon. Where others saw insurmountable challenges, he saw a path strewn with opportunities. When others saw challenges DocB saw goals.
Where fear and doubt shadowed the hearts of many, DocB found strength and hope. For in the art of war, as in the game of life, it is not the hand you are dealt but how you play your cards. And DocB was about to play a hand that could change the fate of KNG and Nation 793 forever.
