Chapter 7: “SIU Heroes and Prelude to Civil War”

As the winds of change swept through the cloudy plains of Nation 793, DocB pushed his city to the towering height of C38. Amidst this evolution, whispers of a merger rustled like distant thunder, promising a storm that could reshape the landscape of power within the game.

Unbeknownst to them, the A4O alliance, were weaving a darker plot. With aspirations of creating a merger of nations that would be favorable to them they offered KNG an offer. Although presented as an alternative it was in fact blackmail. A missive, cold and calculated proposal to either join A4O as a single mighty alliance or stand as their enemy. This ultimatum, a well-worn tool in their arsenal of manipulation had been successfully implemented many times in the past. But this time, A4O had tried to coerce a KNG alliance that was neither weak nor willing to bend.

As diplomacy faltered and tensions simmered, A4O’s most formidable commanders, Sangjun and Mrode, launched a brutal campaign against KNG’s farms and academies. Their forces swept through the digital fields like a plague, leaving scorched earth and despair in their wake. Shockingly, their wrath extended to their own allies, the SIU alliance, who found themselves betrayed and besieged by those they once called brethren.

The plight of SIU, burning under the onslaught of A4O, stirred an uncomfortable feeling among KNG members and the nation alike. As such KNG did not hesitate to offer refuge to these SIU warriors who were unfairly cast aside by their own leaders. With precision and swift action, KNG extended a hand to the beleaguered SIU, and from the ashes, the “SIU Heroes” were born. Welcomed with open arms, they found a new home in KNG, their arrival marked by camaraderie and respect—a reflection of the warmth DocB himself had received when he first joined GIG.

The burgeoning strength and spirit within KNG, however, were soon overshadowed by a rash act of vengeance. A lone KNG member, fueled by anger over the attacks on his farms and friends, launched an unsanctioned assault on an A4O city. Despite KNG’s immediate condemnation of the act and their readiness to seek restitution, A4O seized the pretext for an outright declaration of war. Without a word of diplomacy, they retaliated with a fierce SOS attack on BloodDrunk, a respected KNG commander. This assault not only breached the codes of warfare but also ignited a firestorm of outrage across the entire nation.

At this point Sangjun had now made a declaration to completely obliterate the KNG alliance. Armed with a force numbering over five million soldiers and battle power of one hundred million, Sangjun and Mrode stood as titans among men, seemingly invincible. The enormity of their threat sowed despair, driving some to abandon the game, unable to withstand the relentless continued attacks on their cities.

Yet in this hour of desperation, as panic spread and the shadows deepened, DocB remained calm. The relentless sieges he had endured at MMD had forged him in fire, preparing him for this very moment. Reflecting on his bonds with Ivvanoff, Thor, and BigDaddy, and recalling his strategic discourses with DeeDee and Leeroy, an audacious plan began to crystallize in his mind—a strategy that might just tip the scales of power.

But even as this plan took shape, the reality of war pressed in. The alliance was under siege, cities aflame and defenses crumbling. The very fabric of KNG was being tested as never before. In the chaos, DocB realized that any strategic maneuver would need to wait. The battle lines were drawn, and the drums of war were sounding.

Nation 793 was on the brink of a war, a conflict that would determine not just the fate of KNG but the very essence of what it meant to fight, to survive, and to triumph in the face of adversity. As the sun set over the digital horizon, DocB stood resolute, ready to lead his alliance through the storm. The game had changed; it was no longer just about survival—it was about reshaping the future. And for now it was clear that peace was at a distance and KNG was now at war. A Civil war.
